Freight

A freight cost will be added to the cost of your order. We use Castle Parcels as our preferred courier company and we price freight according to their rates

Rural Delivery

Please note that Castle Parcels has different RD (Rural Delivery) districts to NZ Post. We understand the confusion this causes when you are charged extra for rural delivery. In the rare occasion when this is a problem we will contact you to inform you a Rural Delivery charge will apply to you order.

We guarantee the goods will leave our premises in perfect condition and the utmost care will be taken to ensure they arrive at your destination in the same condition. Please contact us if you have concerns.

Orders will be despatched as soon as possible after you order is received and should arrive within 5 working days of placing the order. Please inform us if there is any particular urgency for delivery or if there are any particular instructions you want to give us.

Guarantee

Out Deco Ltd recognizes the importance of customer satisfaction. We want you to be happy with every purchase you make.

If you are not satisfied with the products you purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 days and we will discuss options.

We will meet the requirements of the Consumer Guarantees Act.

We are not obliged to refund items unless they are defective or damaged.

Returns

Before returning any goods please contact us to see if the matter can be resolved. This may save you the cost of returning the goods.

If it is agreed that you return the goods, please:

  • enclose your proof of purchase - the receipt or packing slip.
  • ensure the goods are packaged appropriately so they are not damaged.

We would appreciate you putting in writing (letter or email) exactly what you found lacking. We strive to provide our customers with the best possible service and products, so if there is an area we need to improve we really need to know about it.
