Thank you to everyone who came to visit us at the Ellerslie Flower Show we had a wonderful time and it was lovely to catch up with lots of people we have meet before. I hope everyone is enjoying our late summer and getting their gardens in order before the winter.  Don't forget to bring in the Garden ornaments to give  them a wash and a good spray with Plastikote Super Lacquer or something similar to help preserve them through the damp weather. We heard from a customer in Christchurch who said her Pukeko did not like the snow sitting on his back for most of the winter so she bought a new one to replace it. as there are somethings we have no control.   Please keep an eye on our website or register on our Facebook page to make sure you are the first to catch up with our new product.

Buying online

Thank you for buying OUT DECO ornaments as gifts to send overseas, we have noticed a large increase in these types of website orders and hence Rae and Dawn are getting quicker at turning these sales around.  Please note with overseas orders we quote the freight price to you for your approval and then send your gift on it's way.  We apologise too for the hiccups we are having when the delivery address  differs to the senders address. If you encounter these problems please send us an email or give us a  call on 0800 55 88 89..  Gift Vouchers can be a perfect solution if you are unsure which Funky the person may like best.

We have quite a few more quirky garden ornaments that proved to be very popular at the Ellerslie Flower Show.  We have a mum and baby owl, a very quirky lady bug and a new cat and dog each holding a pot for a plant.  We have a funky snail that we sold out of at Ellerslie and had to send back for more. Lightweight planter pots

There are two types of planter pots.

Lightweight - These are made from fibreglass resin and are very lightweight and strong. The rust finish pots of all shapes and sizes have been popular and we sold out of all that we had in this finsih at Ellerslie.  But don't dispair we are working with Porters Paints to get some more completed before our next big event which will the National Fieldays at Mystery Creek in Hamilton. They can be finished in a number of different textures and finishes.  The images below show the rust look which is a Porters Paint product or on the right resene paints provide a number of different looks. The red is Pohutikawa which is a very versitile colour. The beuty about the resene finishes is that it can be changed or repainted if required. Similar to a house or fence. 

Sandstone - These are made from fibre sandstone. They are heavier than the above pots but are lighter than concrete pots. They come in a range of shapes, in white and black.

Water Features

These water features are unique to Outdeco. They are lightweight and easy to assemble and maintain. They come complete with a container for the water and a pump. No need to have water connected, they are self-contained. Click here for more information.
